Zaļenieki Green Manor horse stable

Descritiption of the project:

During project implementation, the building was rebuilt, and interior was rebuilt. Renovation and reconstruction of all existing engineering networks has also been performed. Basement was arranged, finishing renovated, landscaping done. Full replacement of internal networks - power supply, water supply, sewerage, ventilation, heating, low currents. Natural stone wall (strip), material used - boulder; mixed construction scheme - load-bearing loads are supported by load-bearing brick masonry exterior walls; type of intermediate floors - reinforced concrete vaults, metal beam cover with concrete filling, which are used in the Boiler House, while in the Horse Stable as intermediate floors are used wooden beams with wooden filling, as well as reinforced concrete panels; type of roofing - tin sheets with anti-corrosion coating. An electro-osmosis system is used to decorate the stone walls. An electro-osmosis system is used to fin-ish the stone walls.
