Descritiption of the project:
Reconstruction works of the building - insulated walls with ventilated facade (1000m2), attic floor (450m2), replaced roofing (850m2). Concrete floors (1358m2), brick partitions (138m3), new windows, doors and exterior doors. Mounted external passenger elevator. Internal net-works, systems, including water supply and sewerage, heating unit, heating, ventilation, pow-er supply and lighting, electronic communication systems and construction of automatic fire detection and alarm systems have been replaced. External networks, systems, including heat-ing main, rainwater and domestic sewerage have been built. Within the framework of the con-tract, interior repairs and landscaping works were performed.
